Previously reported as identity thief call from India

Midland Credit is a bottom feeder debt collector with a call center in India than tries to collect on debts that not collectible because of their age per the Fair Lending Practices Act. In this instance they were trying to collect a 10year old debt and the agent lied, saying it was still collectible and lied saying it was on my credit report, which it is not!
