Got another call from this number asking for "Troy" and when I asked who is calling please, they guy hung up. No 'Troy' at this number and clearly some kind of spam as they are very rude when they figure out that you're not going to be duped by them.

They just called back from 866-790-0746 and wanted to survey me about the upcoming US Presidential election. No thanks!
