Not sure what this is but I had the same phone call. I have never had a student loan or any type of loan in 20 years! I tried to get them to tell me why they called but just apologies for calling I hung up. some type of scam.

received a call from this number, called it back and they answered loan forgiveness department I don't have any loans, and they tried saying I had a student loan, I'm not even a student.
