Obviously a call center that gets paid for each call connected, not per completed sale so once you answer they hang up w/o hitting you with a sales pitch.

i called back and the lady said that they work for car dealerships and are doing follow-ups. i asked why the hangups everytime i call and she it was a mistake. did not give an official company name

they called 3 times in a 12 hour period. i called them back this morning twice and hung up on them everytime. They are trying to find suckers.
