Called me 15 times in 4 days. Didn't answer once.

Not sure this is Reliance. I have a rented water heater from Reliance, I think this may be a scam call to slam you over to another company. They say I'm calling from Simcon (?? I think?) "on behalf" of Reliance. This is always a tip off that it's a scam.

received 2 calls back to back. the first one was silence the second one took some time to have a live person say hello (long enough to use the speaker phone feature) when I did not respond quickly enough the party hung up

answered and hung up
