If you are registered with the do not call registry tell them the person they want does not live there and ask them to remove your number from their list. If they do not agree to do so, go to the Do Not Call web site and report them, if they are rude or give you any grief report them. If they don't stop calling, keep a record of each time they call and report this to the Do Not Call site. Any thing they say other than "we will remove you name from our list" report. I have had many callers tell me Do Not Call does not apply to them but when I report them they stop calling. If it is a recorded message and you can't talk to a real person with out personnel information on the person they want (this is how they try to get around the law), report them each time they call. If you keep records of when they call and report to the complaint line every thing each time you file a complaint the calls will stop.
