called asked for JIM on 5/27/12 (no jim here)then stated that they caould refinace my VA mortgage (i do not have a VA mortgage, then asked to be removed that this call in in violation of the do-not-call list. they said they would. received another call on 6/13/12.

They called asking if I was a home owner I said no and they said ok have a nice day.

They call almost every day and do not leave a message when I do not answer.

Today they called again and I answered, The lady asked for someone by name, I told them they had the wrong # then the lady asked if there are any Veterans at this number.

they have called THIRTY NINE TIMES in the past 3 months - and only two times have I got a human, and they are soliciting home refinancing. I have asked them to remove our name & number from their call list
