This man named Tom from this company called me and I told him to remove my number because I don't know who he is looking for and he told me that he wasn't and I informed him that I was going to get a lawyer and He said I don't think you can afford one Nigger and hung up when I tried to call back he kept haning up on me.I am going to get a lawyer and little do he know I am an officer so I am going to do all I can to find out whom Mr. Tom is.

I received a robo call from them looking for someone who doesn't live here but we share the same last name. Told them I don't know who this person is and they insisted I did because supposedly this person gave them my name, my husbands name, phone # and address. So I said if they gave you all of that wouldn't they have given you there info as well! They hung right up! I called right back and let them have it again and they hung up again so you guessed it I called right back and got voice mail. I left them a nasty message and told them to just google that persons name and that I was able to see the same info they provided to me. Bastards! Work for your own damm money you assholes stop steeling from people who actually work for a living!

This company keeps calling my house phone. I have called back and left 3 messages, that the person they are looking for does not live here and this is not their phone number. Guess what they still keep calling. They have woke me up twice and I am tired of their crap.

It's a scam alright.. what a bunch of dumb asses said I owed $2900 for a cold check from 2009 , I laughed because hell everyone knows I was in prison from 2008 to 2012! :-)

Well yet ANOTHER call from Jackson Davis & Associates 1-866-816-1095. They have been calling and calling and calling for months now, if not a year. They are always looking for Albert A Baca regarding papers they need to drop off. We have told them many times this isn't his number and to quit calling. I returned their call just to talk to mr personality - TOM. I told him if they didn't stop calling we would be contacting our attorney to make them stop. To which he replied "ARE YOU THREATENING ME?" I told him that if that was how he regarded it, then I guess I was!!!!! He started cussing at me, called me a cunt and f**cker and hung up on me. He did also manage to say that he wasn't taking us off of the list.

Called me several times. I called them back told them the person they are asking for it not at this number. Said they would remove it. Did this again about a month later.. now about 2 weeks later they are calling on a unknown number so called back number they left and ask the guy to take me off the list there is no one here with that name. He started to ask me some more questions, told him just TAKE IT OFF I DO NOT WANT CALLS ON THIS PHONE.. and that I have asked several times. He started swearing and asking if I was threatening him. etc etc.. then he said to me enjoy all the calls A$$hole, then Hung up.. I called them back about 10 times in a row he continued to hang up on me telling me to F off..

All of these calls are a scam to bilk monies from each of you. File a complaint with the FTC

unknown number. same message. have papers to give you at your home or work. they need to listen to the person who owns the phone. not the person they are looking for. Thank God for voice mail.

its a recording that says the same thing over. if they want to serve papers they know where you live or work

Matthew Roberts called again. Its like a recorded machine. I know the call is not for me because the phone is in someone name. If they listen to the recording they would see they are asking for the wrong person.

Yesterday, i got a call saying i owe 1400, from star credit card n they will not let me do payment she said if i come up 1000 they will see if the aterney ok with it. They said they r ready to fail court order for fraud, n garnish my ck. Plse lmk if its a scam.
