Davis Jackson and associates call my phone today they said I owed 2000 on a credit card that never was. I haven't had a credit card in the years, of coure I call bank of America and they said no you have no account with us ever!!!!! WOWOW

I just got a call from these morons too but not for me, but a relative. Sucks there is no # on the caller ID to block.

Received a call from unknown #, saying caller was Matthew Roberts & he had papers to give me at my home or place of employment. If this was a debt collector with your phone number... chances are they would have your home address, possibly work information, or more. This is BS.

Calls non stop to both my cell and landline. Says they have papers to drop off to me at work or at home. Calling and asking for me by a name I haven't gone by in over 15 years. Called back and can never get through to anyone.

i have the same calls... so i called back too forever and keep hanging up.. glad i mention to my supervisior she said its a scam collection will never have robot or unknown calling u..... my coworker said they cant garnish or take people to court just for credit card

Yes call came from 866-816-1095. Said they needed to drop off papers. When I called them back to tell them they were looking for a different person with the same last name he said f----k you to me and said he was not going to take me off the list.

My mother received a call from these people wanting to know where to find me so they could serve me "legal papers" she told them to find me on their own. Total scam

I too received this call today. Same exact situation! Please everyone report them to the Attorney General's Office in your state, the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. I pulled my credit report and the charge is not even on my credit history. People are terrible.

I got a call also. The recording said that they need to give me papers at my home or place of employment. This is a scam. If they are going to give you papers they are not going to call you and tell you they will just do it. These people are stupid. They are praying on the uninformed. plus the number is blocked from caller ID and that is illegal for a debt collector or telemarketer. These are criminals. Just ignore them.

I got a call from matthew roberts.. Then I called back and they said i had a theft of goods. And there was a warrant for my arrest. They knew my old address and social. Said if i paid $1500 they would close the case. Called sherriffs office...said it was bs
