I wasn’t given enough information and feel as though this could be a scam.

Received 2 calls, both noted as "restricted calls" to my personal cell phone on 2 sequential days, one voice mail message left 8:44am May 14, purportedly from a Cayleigh Anderson, informing that she would stop by on May 15 between 3-5 pm to serve a process for a female. Another call at 8:22am today, May 15, purportedly from a Lola Summers, looking for a female with a similar name. The first vm message and the live call today provided the ph no for City Serve; 866-816-7186. The second call also threatening that if the person is not served the court, she will miss the court date and the hearing would go forward without her. Lots of things wrong here; calling my cell ph for an unknown female, my phone on the Do Not Call Registry, leaving that veiled threat that a purported hearing would go forward even if the person was not served. I will file a formal complaint with the FTC and the Federal Do Not Call Registry. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
