Frank just called me on my cell phone looking for my son. I told him he was calling my cell and I would take a message. he hung up and called back. I sent it to voicemail and he said the same thing as above KNOWING it was my cell and not my son's. He broke the law by leaving information on a cell phone that he KNEW was not for the party he was looking for! WRONG THING TO DO

Called cell phone stating they have "legal papers" to sign and you must make yourself available (or) "if you need to reschedule you can call this number to speak to the filing party directly"

If a debt collector is legitimate, they will mail your papers to you and possibly serve you with civil court documents, but they will NEVER give you the opportunity to do so by appointment and they will NEVER ask you to call them to "have two forms of ID and a witness."
This is a bottom feeder junk debt agency who has bought a written off debt and is trying to scare ppl into making a full amount payment. LOSERS!
