Just now got the same call from the same number...gee, that's a lot of people they are trying to give $25,000 away to, such generosity, I'm so glad I finally won something after all the scam calls we get! Smh

I received a call today with the same message on anonymous Mar 26, 2015. I think definitely is a scam. Caller appear as private number, the message going directly to my voice mail. Same name and same telephone number to return the call.

A phone number appeared on my caller ID as "withheld." "Bill Bentley" from the "Gift Recovery Department" left a message on my voicemail stating that my phone number was entered in the past year for a $25,000 drawing, and that he had "good news" for me. He advised me to call (866) 826-0823 for this supposed news. I could smell this as a scam from a mile away.
