THIS IS SCAM, guy called saying he was David Jones (very thick accent) asking to speak with an employee. (Note: He called a different department in our company and had them transfer him, so that our local number would show on the caller id). He said he was with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, I questioned the company name, he then said FBI. I asked where he was calling from, he said Fort Collins. I asked the FBI in Fort Collins? He said no. I asked to speak to his manager. He said no. I asked what company is he with? He then says Bureau of Crime Investigation.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They use threat tactics to try and get money out of people. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
They try to tell you your name is involved in a criminal case. Have friends in law enforcement and they said is a scam...dont give them any information. REPORT CALLS TO THE POLICE.
