Eric Hernandez calling other numbers but mine giving out my social number, my name, stating Im writing fraud checks and that he is trying to summons me at home or work. Called the company said they cant do anything about it. The collection agency is ACS Group. But they hire him out from another company just to contact people. They cant do anything about what he says, he just wants his commission the manager told me. NO COMPANY SHOULD EVER LEAVE MESSAGES WITH PRIVATE INFO ABOUT SOMEONE WITH A SOCIAL.
