Claims to be a debt collector for Comcast. Had my old address. This is a scam to collect money and credit card info.

Whoever it is, they refuse to tell who they are and what they're calling about unless I first answer a series of questions. Despite my requests, they refuse to take my number off their contact list. They call almost daily on my cell and office phones.
