Getting repeated calls from this number at all hours of the day and night. I am trying to find a way to block this incoming call. It's getting to the point of harassment. They call before 8 am and after 9pm. They call once & I hang up. Then they call right back. Tonight, the person called at 927pm, 929pm, 930pm. They called on 9/15 at 815am, 9/17 at 1037pm, 9/18 at 337pm, 9/20 at 750am, 9/25 at 110pm and 111pm.

Call was asking to open an accout. Correctional Inst. to talk to someone. Went through giving out credit card info and address and an automated voice kept on and on and never put the person to speak to on lthe phone. Rip off or what

Well my x husband is tryn to call I knw tht cuz I heard the msg he left lol but if u wana block the number pay attn to whr the call is frm call the facility n ask thm yo block ur number.

Continuous calling to my personal cell phone.

Collect calls at least 3 times per day from incarcerated inmates. I don't. know anyone incarcerated and I have asked secureus to stop letting inmates call my number but the calls continue

Received call from 866-847-1251 today 7/25/2011-went to my voicemail-correctional (JAIL) LOCATION. Wanted me to enter # 1 to talk-called my cell company to be sure that I will not be charged the $9.99 for my voicemail recording this message. DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE IN JAIL BUT I THINK IT IS ALL A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO USE TO HURT YOUR CREDIT AND REALLY MESS UP YOUR LIFE.

Call from 866-847-1251 came in today 7/21/2011 from CORRECTIONAL BILLING SERVICES as a colect call to my cell number. This was an attempt to charge my account $9.99 because someone in jail called. I do not know of anyone in jail-family-friend or anyone. Do not answer this call-report it to you phone provider ASAP.

They say its a jail facility wanting $9.99 per call for 5 minutes of talk time and they are calling every 5-20 minutes. It's very very annoying. I let the calls go to vm, but they are coming so often.

I don't know who they are but they want you to pay $14.99 to hear what they are selling.
