Same story as the res says its a correctional facility when its really a scam...don't answer this call.

The message was not clear who was calling but they wanted me to make a selection on my keypad. This was obviously a prerecorded message system of some kind.
The last statement in message was my phone was "not" charged for the call. That is a good thing.

recieved a missed call from 1-866-847-1251 . i call back and a voice say it is from correctional and billingscenter and for english press 1 or spanish 2
i pressed 1 and 1 person on the line told me the call was from a jail in haggerstown / maryland. and she give me a new nr for blocking this nr 1800 8446591
this nr was scam, fraud nr.
dont call more this nr
dont acceptd call from this nr

heard about this in the news long time ago. something about them getting access to your phone bill account from the jail.

This is a collect call from the Cumberland County Jail in Kentucky. Cost $9.00 from cell phone! Please be aware of charges!
