They called my SISTER!!! Telling her if I didn't call them they were going to file a civil suit, so against =my better judgement, I called them and was connected to Gregory Williams (formerly Scott). He emailed me documentation stating I had until 5pm CST TODAY to pay or else they would file a civil suit against me. I have never received a bill or been served like they kept saying I should have been already. Ridiculous. I even called the credit card company that they claim to be collecting for and they closed the account and wrote it off in 2015!

They stated they bought a debt from Guarantee bank and I need to pay it now or they will be taking me to court and it will cost double the supposed amount. Since the bank is closed down I can't even verify that anything was owed from over 7 years ago. The lady was hostile when asked for the contact information of the bank that was owed the original debt. She stated is wasn't her job to find out this information and I should do my own homework and hung up on me. she gave the address and name of First Equity Alliance 11810 Pierce St Everside , CA

i receive a letter from this company . they assume i owe some money . i call them and a man call scott with so aggressive manners tell me first i owe money to a credit card and i deny and he tell me the amount is from IRS he call me lier, and bad words, call me names, .

Obvious PHISHING SCAMMER. Caller made vague, probing questions with incorrect info, threatened legal action. SCUMBAGS.

Harassing phone call for someone I don't even know. They didn't believe me, called me names, called me a liar. I told them not to call again (which you have to do or they can keep harassing you). They threatened a civil case for this person and were insistent I knew her. Sorry! I don't know who listed me as their direct contact (probably your internet researcher guessing) but as far as I know they don't exist.

I'm guessing this is a collections agency. They called asking for someone with my same last name and weirdly had my personal information. The dude got incredibly hostile when I repeatedly insisted I did not know this person. I told them they aren't allowed to contact me again (cuz with such agencies they are bound by law if you tell them not to contact or it's harassment - check the FDCPA). He originally put me on hold, then HIS phone disconnected and he called back accusing ME of hanging up on him. He called me a liar and said I better tell this person to contact him. Total bullshit. Don't believe ANYTHING this company says. They are most likely some stupid fly by night collections agency that will get shut down soon with that kind of behavior.
