Called with our insureds correct name, property address and policy number. Their caller ID was listed as "Zapanta, Mary Grechell" but said they were calling from bank listed on policy. Asked for an email request for our records and she asked me to fax her insureds policy. Was kind of fishy

Had my client's policy number and name completely right.
Called today but the voicemail was so garbled and low I could not understand what the caller was saying. He did have both mine and my husband's names correct. Pretty sure it was a scam.

This "Nancy" called today saying she has information on a property here in Hawaii. Gave me a policy number and address but neither have anything to do with our company.

This is a mortgagee/loan company calling to confirm their clients home insurance is active and up to date because they received a cancellation notice from the insurance carrier. It is not spam.
