They called looking for someone else, I told them I didn't know them and I was on the National Do Not call list plus my states do not call list and if they didn't quit calling me, I was going to turn them over to my lawyer. They said they would take my number off their list and not to threaten them with a lawyer. I told them it wasn't a threat, then they hung up on me. I will turn them over to my lawyer, I know a scammer when I hear one.

Vogel (?). According to their story, ‘In-house Attorney
Robert Cavelli’ (duly licensed in the State of New York)
would be filing a lawsuit today if monies were not forthcoming immediately. Unfortunately for Barzak (?)
and McCallie (?) there is NO attorney by that name with
a law license in New York State. That did not stop dumb&dumber from faxing the information on
Mercantile letter head, then dutifully discussing their business with us on a phone line, where they verified
their statements not once, twice, or even three times, yup! D&D did it FOUR times.

I wonder if Bob Roth & Jeff Miller will make them
employees of the month?

they are likely not entitled to and making false threats.
