After extensive research i found out that they are out of buffalo!
Formerly kramer Gallagher and associates & prior to that Steinberg, Louis and schwartz!
All seem to be funded by a gapa financial that has a p.o. box but is also located at 738 ridge rd. Tracing back to a first niagara account to a Pamela Acevedo in buffalo Ny.
After calling many times i found out that the alleged processing department is through a nicole Barbuto /megan but both sound the same and a David Garcia that sounds like a Mark shapiro who also goes by jacobs.
This company is a joke and will be shut down...
