he call me and ask me my email adress. i can hear, english wasnt his first language so i asked if he speak french. he said yes, but refuse to continue in french.
im not sure but i think the accent was french from quebec...

Caller ID says Virgin Mobile,they call 3 times a day now for over 2 months.They even call weekends.We have no accounts with them and don't plan to start one,
