I purcahsed Dishwasher in Home Depot on hode Island Avenue in NE Washington D.C. on 2-5-2015. Delivery was scheduled for 17 FEB 2015. In Washington DC it is not that simple: in order to provide wih Reserved Parking in Townhouse on the Street in busy D.C. downtown NW. I purchased Reserved Parking from DC.GOV what cost$ 78 for one day. he Posters should be posed on the Meters 3 days in advance and call to POLICE to notify them that I am waiting for delivery from HOME DEPOT and Parking is Reserved. 16FEBRUARY 2015: Posters with Reserved Parking in white and red, government posters, are posted.I called to HOME DEPOT about at what time to expect Deliverers? The HOME DEPOT said: your delivery is cancelled. BAD WEATHER: we have Arctic Blast this week. It is a GOD's ACT and there is nothing nobody can do: Arctic Blast and Emergency. what about my $78/??
I called to 866-9076489 to delivery company. Spoke with Leann and DAN, the supervisor. I asked them to refund my money. yes I understand that weather is bad. But I need refund --because I will pay with this money for next delivery for a better day. The Delivery company DID NOT call to me to cancel the delivery on 16 February 2015. I called in the evening to HOME DEPOT to find out why nobody called to me to tel at what time to expect the delivery of DW?
I was very reckless and irresponsible and upsetting. And such a WASTE of EFFORT, TIME, and MONEY!
Plus I went to HOME DEPOT on 17 FEB 2015, and Home Depot refunded to me for promised but cancelled delivery.Thank you Home Depot: I think it happened before with another DC Homeowner.

I receved a call last night from ELIVERY CO. with this number 866-9076489, they said: (computer): your dishwasher will be delivered tomorrow (19 FEB) from 7 am to 7 pm.
what? excuse me?
I did not schedule anything for 19.Feb.
I did not even call again to delivery company, because I got sick: bad weather and stress and all my efforts and COLD BLAST got to me finally too. And I got sick. After I got REFUND from home Depot, I did not call to 866-9076489 about what me and HOME DEPOT did. SO I dont know what is wrong with these 866-9076489 delivery contractors.
I canno afford to spend so much money, and time and effort and become sick in thiese harsh conditions to install a dishwasher. Home Depot is wrking wih me on it, but it is not that imple in D.C. I need to go to GOV, of DC, business office, and buy new POSTERS for reserved Parking,
and post it 3 days in advance,
and notofy everybody in the world about it
then wait 3 days and this is how it must happened.
I dont know if the delivery company is ignorant,
arrogant,
uneducated and simply STUPID??
STUPID???
I already decided to not to do anything until WARm WEATHER.
THIS is over my head : too much.
