called on my personal wireless phone looking for my EX- daughter-in-law; she had been in prison and my son's divorce from her was in 2004. How did they get my personal number. I told them not to call me again. I am 81 years old and certainly do not need to be getting this type of phone calls.

They called, asked for personal info, I said "what if scam?" They said "we sent you a letter call us back when you get it." 100% A SCAM CALL.

Collect A Debt. Tiffany. 866-910-2605. She gave my full name and account number. It could be legit. Did not say what I owed on. Said I must call them back.

Received a call and 31 seconds of someone breathing into my voicemail.

they violated my right to choose whether i was on speakerphone or not.
then they asked me to acknowledge i was slow considering the duration of my name being spoken (more than once might i add).
