I have no medical debts and started receiving calls from them. They auto-dial and leave an automated vm. I have blocked the number but they manage to still leave me a vm. Want it to STOP

Calls every half to every hour. Mostly ROBOCALL NUMBERS NO MESSAGE GIVEN. ONLY ONCE LEFT MESSAGE STATING "THIS IS AN IMPORTANT PHONE CALL. PLEASE CALL 866-910=2607 AT ONCE.

Says I owe money but doesn't say to whom or for what. Very muddled speaking, hard to understand. I didn't answer they left voicemail.
