I recently got into an accident but my insurance covered it and I STILL OWN my car. They've been spamming me with calls half a week since and its very inconvient when I'm working because its spam and it is Not an emergency. They claim that I have an account but I do not but I can opt out of their spam list.

yes this number has been calling my cell phone making threats to take me to court, they repossessed my car and now still want money i don't have, the government is on a shutdown and so am i. i give them money that does not belong to me in other words rob a bank and take it.

They call occasionally, never leave a message. I lost my car almost a year ago, they got what they wanted, if they want something else, guess they need to leave a message.

Asked for my brother, then sister-in-law. Would not tell me how they got the number.
Brother dead 2+ years, sister-in-law dead 3+ years.
Claimed they were a bank.
Truth is a debt collector. My brother died owing over 350K. I am not the executor of the will. These debt collectors (aka bastards) have been calling me for 2+ years.

These people have been calling my cell phone on a regular basis in excess of 6 months. They have cost me money trying to track down someone other than myself. They have been told, on more than one occasion, that they have the wrong number and still the calls persist. I have blocked their calls but this does not seem to be a deterrent.
I do have a physical address that I'd like to share.

The company is Santander Consumer USA. It's the Texas-based U.S. division of a huge European bank (Santander Group) that bought up several American banks like Sovereign.
