Received a call this morning offering channel 501-520 free for a year. They did not ask for any info, but I did tell them I was trying to get on the site to pay my bill, and they gave me 800-323-1991 number to call. Not sure if it is a DTV or not but when I call the number 866-928-0183 it says We apologize but all DTV operators are busy........etc. Be careful, I called the reall DTV to make sure there was no tampering with my account.

Its a bullshit call they are trying to get your personal information...Direct tv dosen't call you about deals,, because Direct tv dosent give deals on anything..SCAM SCAM

Called and did not leave message sounds like ATTtv(May still be called Directv) - but have trashed the product. Last time I took a trail upgrade when I called to cancel it and go back to my old package - they said that is no longer offered. - Never trust ATTtv.

I received a call from this number, saying I was going to receive HBO AND Cinemax free for a year. Still waiting...

I got a call from. This number today. They stated that they were offering me HBO Cinemax and Showtime for free for 12 months. They also quoted the subscription price after the 12 month free. Period ended. Went to HBO and Cinemax but it still asks to subscribe to those channels. I called DirecTV and spoke with a customer service representative and she stated that there are no free offers being given for those premium channels. She did say that there was a offer but not for free. I suggest adding the number to the block list on your cell phone so it'll go directly to voicemail.

Received a call from DirecTV. I hung up on them.

Do not trust this number whatsoever, I just got off the phone with Direct Tv and they are investigating the number now,.Direct Tv will never call and not leave a message. Direct Tv will place a password on your account and I advise You to do that.These people will be found.

Getting constant calls too. Direct TV was a decent company to do business with but something changed recently and I have had many problems. Think they are outsourcing their customer service calls through foreign country. Very few reps speak English well enough to understand. I have blocked this number.

I made the mistake of answering this number the first time they called me on January 8th. The lady kept talking over me, thanked me for being a valued customer. I was extremely busy at work and couldn't really pay attention to her speech so I finally hung up on her since she wouldn't let me talk. A few days ago I checked my account and someone had added Cinemax to my account! I've since had it removed (still had to pay for someone adding it). Now I've received a call from the exact same number again! I'm adding this number to my auto reject list on my cell phone.

Calls all the time for an upgrade

call 3-4 times a day every month for about a week straight.the next month starts all over again. I am on on call list. DTV never leave message. my lease is done in july and I plan on canceling DTV. feed up with this outfit.

called saying they were from Directv off an upgrade special and a gift check of $25.00 for trying the package .


dalled directv later cause no channels showed up and had to speak with supervisor to get promotion and asked if invalid spokesperson have them not to call with offers using their name. I got my info and channels and rebate form for $25
