Finally decided to answer this call from 866-928-2610 . In short, I ticked off the guy who called w/too many questions & he said, literally, "I just want to tell you to go f$ck yourself, you are a complete moron!" & he hung up on me. Now the long story, the caller, Mark S. (forgot the last name, he said it so fast) on the phone said he was calling re: my Bank of America card. Because I was in such good standing w/them, they wanted to offer me a special offer, blah, blah, blah... Something about a joining a no risk World Discount Shopping & Travelers Club. I gave him NO personal info about myself, but he knew my name, addr, & the last 4 digits of my BoA card. I am completely stunned . I immediately called Bank of America to find out who their affiliates are that they obviously contract out with but the gentleman at BOA coldn't find anything that seemed to match. Maybe it was just a company hired to call on behalf of this club, maybe it was a scam. Nonetheless, very creepy & I found that your bank does sell your contact info to 3rd party callers ("affiliates") & you have to call them to get yourself taken off the calling/email list. So pathetic.

The most disturbing thing about receiving phone calls from this number is that they call my work phone. I work for a government funded social services agency and I am not the only one in this building who gets calls from this number. I will come back from the weekend (Fri through Sun) and have up to 10 hang up messages from this number. If they can get my number, which is a private extension and unlisted, who else's can they get?

Don't give them any information. I have been getting these calls for such a long time (on and off for about a year), from different numbers. They say that they're going to give you rewards for being in good standing, or some crap like that. When I can actually answer the call I tell them to not call me again, and the calls stop for a few months. Does anyone know where to report this number to get them in trouble?

hey i get calls from them 10-15 times a day sometimes i cant pick up and sometimes i can. when i do they ask for my boyfriend who has been deployed to iraq for 11 months and wotn be home till next year. soemtimes i get a chance to tell them and sometimes they hang up on me! its getting pretty ridiculous. i dotn even know how they got my number. is anyone knows anything and how to make i stop please tell me

for about a month now i have been getting calls alternately from this number and from an UNKNOWN caller, anywhere from 1 to 8 times a day, usually between the hours of 8:30am and 10pm, M - F. calls persists whether or not i answer. if i answer but don't say anything the caller waits approximately 2 minutes (max) and hangs up. if i answer "hello" they hang up immediately after.

the calls once stopped for a week and a half after i changed my cell voicemail to be the automated # response, instead of a personal message. also the caller went from using the UNKNOWN ID, to the # ID when i started answering and hanging up on them immediately.
