Saw them later without cart or bags walking out together. The think everyone is stupid because they can track a cell tower signal. The plan was to panic you, then go to the ATM to get info, and read the ATM's signal to get the financial info. So DO NOT GO TO THE ATM, go to a customer service rep at your bank.

This is not PNC fraud prevention I had the caller on one phone and I called the number on my card at the same time the guy hung up the phone when we started questioning him and he could not verify with the agent any information

If you have a PNC SmartAccess account, it is their fraud prevention line. I verified it with a live customer support through the 800# on the back of the card. It's a safe number
