We received the same tri-folded notice that said it was a final notice. I never received any previous notices. I did call Amazon to report this notice they didn't acknowledge them as a vendor they asked me to email them a copy of the front and back. I did then today I called the 855-445-5736 and the girl you get an audio that the call is being recorded. A girl answered loudly and immediately wanting my name. I said I wasn't going to give her my name until she told me where they are who they are etc. She said I can't help you if you don't give me your name. So I told her that in these days one cannot be too careful and boy was her patience getting short. She then hung up on me. So I called the number on the back of the form 1-866752-8905 and someone picked up the phone and answered Horizons then quickly paused I said what? and she hung up because she knew she had just screwed up. I DID file a formal complaint with the FTC and I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. Because it was easy. going on forums helps but we need to bite them. So just go to the FTC.gov website and it took 10 minutes only because I added details. Lets help get Them shut down.

I received my 3 page TP today. I looked it over well. I knew it was a fake, I was right .

1-866-945-7149 Received letter ( three panel, glued, folded, side edge perforated letter; similar to a check type) with big $250 Amazon gift card image on front, including FINAL NOTICE on corner. I never received any prior notices so i thought that was odd. Inside says "Congratulations Robert" with photo of smiling woman holding card. On another panel small print it said the offer was sponsored by ENERGY INFORMATIVE.org, a solar panel ADVISORY company that probably make money by finding customer leads for real (or fake?) solar company/installer. Selling customer leads, thats all. They get a large finders fee (or worse) and you get an Amazon gift card and big, bloated contract.
