they call my cell # all times of day, 2x a week about someone called benjamine moorie or something like that.

They keep calling and leave no message. I finally answered once when they called and I told them off and told them to stop calling me. They are vultures

This morning I received a fifth call this month from 866 932-6805, which turns out to be ARM = Accounts Receivable Management, a debt collection agency. By insisting to the belligerent clerk, I reached Ms. Lisa Michaels, manager, at (800) 220-3350, extension 6802, her private line in their New Jersey office. She assured me "my problem would be resolved" -- the same line that I had gotten from a different clerk last Thursday!

I hope others will call Ms. Michaels at (800) 220-3350, x6802, and voice their concerns. When enough people complain both directly and to the FCC as I have done, these people may be forced to change their reprehensible business practices. My domestic peace and tranquility are worth something -- including the time to write this message.

I received repeated calls from 866 932-6805 over several weeks, but never a message. I finally got a person to come on line by answering and then pressing the # key a dozen times. The near-illiterate clerk then asked for "Reginald Hunt" -- an unknown person that has never lived here (and I have used my phone number here in Florida since 1959).

He was resistant to my demands to know his firm's name, saying it was a legal matter that he could not disclose (!). I promised to report him to the FCC, which I have done.

These people are vultures, and must be stopped.
