This number has called my house 4 times this morning (within the past hour) and have hung up on me each and every time. If they want information, they are on the loosing end of obtaining it. I am listing it as a scam as they cannot seem to say otherwise.

Calls and hangs up, in an appearant attempt to get you to call them, so you are the are the caller. Block these people, and avoid the hassle.

Phone call was made to parent's phone number, and I have not lived at home for many, many years. A recorded message stated it was important for me to call 866-936-9207. Well call me, not my parents.
No identifying information provided as to who was calling.
