Scam, they are sending text messages on cell phone from 312 451 7143 saying you have won $50 target gift vouches to claim call 866 938 9168

Text Msg:You have been selected to reeceive a FREE $50 Target Gift voucher Call 1-866-938-9168 to redeem. When you call that number you get a recording trying to sell you a membership to their club. There is no option in the text or when you call to opt out or tell them to no contact me. I could not find a way to get a live person.
