This company keeps you on hold and hopes you'll hang up. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes and wasn't hanging up. They never shipped me a "free trial" product because I cancelled it the same day after I read reports about these people scamming people. They apparently send you a product and if you don't return it within 14 days they bill your account - it's not a free trial because you don't even have enough time to try it out. I received nothing from them except a charge on my credit card. My mastercard people are investigating the charges. The man who worked for this company was very rude - told me they weren't reversing the charges - too bad for me. That I would receive their product whether I wanted to or not.

Did not receive a phone call, but a charge showed up on my credit card $35.81 plus an international service fee of $.36. That was the flag for me. I tried calling, with the same result as everyone else. Interesting, in reading the posts, I found the Acai connection--had ordered "free" trail and then cancelled...was given a hard time.

This is sooo ridiculous!! My card got put on hold and it is now blocked because of that suspicious number or company! They charged 35.81 to my card!? now I have to cancel my card and get a new one. how inconvenient! I even tried to call the number and I was on hold for about 5 min then googled the number and found this web stie. I then knew that it was not right and canceled my card.

TheSame here. $2.95 and $87.13 taken out, I have been on hold and the music is terrible. I also cannot afford to have $90 taken from my account I work so hard for. I hope we have results getting our money back.

no phone call. it showed up as a email. 87.13 and 2.95 was taken out of my account. working with my bank to put a stop to this.

I had 35.81 taken out of my bank account also (1/10/11). Same thing happened on hold forever and the website kmassist.com was no help, only a list of more numbers with Novapayonline at the top. My bank did research on them also and came up with the Chicago address too. I had to immediately cancel my bankcard. Obviously some kind of fraud is going on here.

Kmassist took out $35.81 from my bank card on 1/7/11. I have never heard of this company and did NOT authorize this charge. I went to the kmassist.com website (which is useless) and called the U.S number(s) 866-942-5246 and 877-643-3006 and was on eternal hold. These are bogus numbers. I also found a "mail processing" address listed as Millenium Network Inc located at 446 N. Wells Street Suite 328 Chicago, IL 60654 and when I look up that address - well the address exists but suite 328 does not - so both phone numbers and mailing address is bogus. Had to call my bank, they shut down my bank card and will be issuing me a new one. I aslo had to file a fraud claim. It makes me really pissed off that people like this exist !!!

Didn't call anyone, a charge of 87.13 and 2.95 just showed up on our bank statement. Visa fraud call us about the charges from Kmassist.com. We have never heard of this company. The bank stopped the charges at the cost of shutting down a card.

It seems like I am joining the gang on this fraud charge that hit my credit card. I received an auto call to verify this charge. Of course, I denied it. Now they have to close my account while they investigate. At least I get a replacement card. NO one is at KMASSIST this morning, maybe I'll try later tonight since the charge is from GERMANY/

MY BANK HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. THESE PEOPLE HAD ACCESS TO MY BANK INFORMATION. HOW SCARY IS THAT.

How crazy is this? I have a charge from KMASSIST on my account that was placed last night without my authorization. I have my bank checking into this. This is really scary how so many people can get access to your banking information know tight security whatsoever when it comes to your finances.

same this just happen to me 2day thy took out 35.81 can not call the number back on my statement. I dont know who this is or how they got my account info or anything because this is a payroll debit card tht i pay only bills with. I got no phone call from them it just showed up on my statement Kmassit.com and it isnt even a website.

I just checked my account and kmassist took $35.81 from me today. I can not find any information regarding this company except for its from over seas. I have no idea how they got my debit card number but now I have to cancel my card and file a fraud report. If ANYONE finds out ANY information on this company, please let me know! elboozer@gmail.com

Same thing here. 35.81 and no answer on the phone. gonna take ten days for the bank to put it back in and we still owe the overdraft fee it caused. Anyway, hope everything turns out ok for you.

I got an email thanking me for a purchase via KMAssist for £1.90, which i had not made, yesterday at 5pm. Checked my account and a further £56.00 was being processed. Called up my bank who have now had to cancel my card and send a new one out to me.

I have been charged $87.13, plus$2.95 for something I did not order. The companys name is KMassist. How can they get money out of my account with out my atm account number? I can not contact these people they will not answer their phone

TheI was just hit yesterday. The same exact story as others listed on this site. I saw 87.13 plus a small international fee on seperate transaction. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and there is no answer yet. Unfortunately will most likely need to have the bank dispute.

Charges taken out of my bank account going to this number as listed on my bank statement. When I call during business hours, the recording picks up and says customer service and a loop of music plays forever. No one does pick up. I wasted 25 minutes on hold. Called back after 6 and heard a new message stating hours of operation are now closed. Call back between 9-6. There have been two bogus charges paid out of my bank account to this phone number. Luckily I caught it the day it happened.
