866-947-6934 or 813-312-7221 is Financial Integrity Services Group (FIS). They are a debt collection agency for GE Money and Care Credit. (Lowes’ Home Store Credit is financed by GE Money). Unfortunately, (FIS) consistently breaks the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by harassing you at your place of business, calling and not leaving messages, calling your switchboard operator and asking for your supervisor/boss. If you received these calls, please call back the 866 number, ask for the supervisor, and advise them to place a DO NOT CALL my place of business note on your file so they know not to call you. If that fails send a registered/certified letter to FIS and after you receive the USPS Return Receipt card (the next time they call you) you can give this information to your arbitrator/lawyer. You can have the paralegal call your IT department at your job and have a formal records request for the time/date/number/duration of the harassing phone call. Then your arbitrator/lawyer can have a field day.
