That's portfolio recovery associates. You can sue them. I'm about to do it again. This time, I'm getting monetary settlement from them, cause their harassing calls are mentally exhausting...

I've called this number several times and told them my number is on the do not call list and to remove my number but they still keep calling me.

This # is a recorded message for credit repair. They kept calling for weeks and weeks, so I called and told them to take my number off their list...didn't make any difference cause they keep calling anyway.
