Called me 8 times in 2 weeks, its a collection call for Honda Financial. They called to tell me I was late on my lease payment for a car I returned to the dealer 3 weeks ago, before the lease matured! Each time I answered the phone they were told the car was turned in to the dealer and each time they said they would update the records. This morning I let them have it and they hung up on me.

They have been calling no stop!!! I block them !!!

I do not have an account of any kind with Honda I keep getting phone calls asking for my account enfo . do not have one Has someone one bought a car in my name ? is this I D theft or an attempt.. please advise...please

They call and leave a message to call them about my account. I call and they say I have no account so they don't know why I am being called.

Wow! Just got off the phone with this number and I actually answered it this time. Well I work in a government office and it can get loud, well I informed the caller that he needed to speak up, he then proceed to tell me to turn down the television!! I went off on him informing him that when you call someone during working hours there is a 98% chance you will catch them at work and I don't have the power to tell anyone in my office to keep it down. He hung up on me - I don't deal with these guys for anything and I will not be giving them any personal information.

My wife gets called several times a day on her cell phone from this number, it is Honda Financial Services, or most probably, some sub-contracted collection agency (assumption made from their detestable customer service of which Honda would NEVER approve of if they really knew) HFS has contracted with to find people who for whatever reasons, are behind/late on car payments. These sub-contractors care nothing for you or your situation, they only get paid if they get you recorded saying your DOB and SSN as a verified contact for the loan. Unfortunately, they will resort to anything to get this info, the two items of information that NO ONE SHOULD GIVE OUT OVER THE PHONE!!

My wife and I do not currently own a Honda, have not owned a Honda for several decades, nor have EVER financed anything through Honda Financial Services. We have a Pressure washer that has a Honda engine, that is it. But, somehow HFS has been given my wife's cell number by a family member, co-worker, or friend who used her as a personal reference, so, she is now 'targeted' for this harassment.

We can't change things, but, I have written a letter to Honda, Honda Financial Services, and local Honda dealers, explaining the situation, and also explaining to them that do they really, really want this to be the face of Honda cars in America? It was all I could think of to try and get a 'top down' solution to this harassment. Put the trolling, detestable, bottom sucking sub-contractor collection firm out of business or at LEAST have them lose the HFS contract to make these robo-calls because Honda realizes the black-eye this gives them as a car company. We owned a string of Honda's back in the 1980's, but, would NEVER own one now just because of this situation.

They keep calling even though the person they are looking for is unknown. This has been explained several times to this company.

as far as i recall i have no account with this guys. I dont drive a honda or acura.

This number is Honda Financial, or Acura Financial, they CONSTANTLY Call you over and over, sometimes 3 times a day. Everyday, 7 days a week. Its very ANNOYING. I am a customer with Acura, and after you are 5 days late with them the calls start. They DONT STOP Even if you talk to them and tell them it will be a week on the payment. They CONTINUE to call. They call me at 8:00 am every morning, and at 3:00 pm as well as 8:30 pm. EVERYDAY. BEWARE with FINANCING with HONDA or ACURA FINANCIAL they DONT LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU, and the HARRASS you like INSANE!
