Ditto. Received a VM from a woman named "Angela Bass" at Bank of America Small Business. The call came from 800-421-2110 and she asked me to call her back at 866-953-2481. I'm on high alert for scams so I checked the number on the back of my card and NOPE. Also when the call came in (if it was truly from B of A) it would come up as "Bank of America" and it did not. SCAM!

Scam of some sort. Caller identified himself as Calvin Rough. I called BOA directly from the number on the website. They had no record of an outbound call to me. For small business, only your banker that you have a relationship with would call you, but it would still be logged as an outbound. I don't know what these callers are up to but it's no good. Be aware and call your banker or BOA directly with a number on the website.

Received a voicemail from 866-953-2481 in the morning from B of A small business yesterday. I called back and ended up hanging up after being on hold 5+ minutes. Received a call today from a different number 813-261-1569 claiming again to be B of A again but it sounded shady. I am not calling back. Thanks for the posts.

SCAM

This number just called me saying it was Bank of America Small Business and they were calling in regards my business, they knew the name of my business and the names of the members of the account. Gladly did not give any information.
