They called me too on a so called restricted number. But they actually left a voicemail with a real woman's, not a bot, voice. Thanks for the heads up as this is a scam as I suspected.

Robo dialed and text messaged constantly harassing me

They Auto dial me every damn day. The government should shut these people down. Total harassment

This call went straight to voicemail without a chance for me to block it. They left a message about how I was pre-approved for a business loan, even though I don't have a business that I need a loan for. The message also said to call them back at 866-975-8942, which I did not do.
A previous caller told me he was with Fast Funding, so I'm assuming it's the same company. Doing a Google search says this is their address, but I don't know if a company in Australia would be using robo-calls to get business... or maybe they would.
