A man who called himself Anthony Garcia said he was with the Consumer Protection Affairs Agency and was calling to let me know I had won second place in some contest from USA Today, a promotion they were running. The prize I'd "won" had something to do with the 5G network being rolled out. He had my correct name and address. This message was left on my answering machine. I was to call back 866-978-0320. I called back and told them I wanted nothing to do with the 5G network and to remove my name and phone number immediately from their call list.
