SCAMMER: Michael Martinez (866) 978-6689 Claims to be from Disconnection Department of WPS Wisconsin Public Service.
Funny same number from a girl who wanted computer information last week. WPS says they have received several complaints about this scammer.
I called Mr. Faker foreigner, and asked him to explain himself. He didn't know what to say except breathe. I told him we spoke to WPS and he said oh, and hung up the phone. I called back and his mailbox was full.
