I have been contacted by Alison Gibson and Michael Harry and Third Point Captial, I am praying someone will respond to this and give me some imput.

I have worked with michael Harry and third point capital on sale of a Mexican timeshare-- have paid them a total of about $21,000 in taxes and various fees for Mexican gov. requests. It is now time for my payout of$54,000 but as of yet have not received the monies. Is this a scam? Not sure yet but I would suggest holding off with your dealings and investigate further.am

Oct 2015...Barbara Hansen offered 5times our cost for an RCI time share based in Cancun...total scam!

a gal saying she is Allison Gibson called and sent me a letter of intent for aclient to give me $32,000 for my timeshare- usual scam, I asked her to send me letter confirming 8% commision only fee- do not expect response

They are still calling - up to 6 times a day - two different people "claiming" the other is a scam and not to deal with them. I'm pretty sure it's all a scam - I contacted the escrow company they claim to be using and they have no idea who I am

They claimed to represent someone who wants to buy time shares. I asked for a copy of their real estate license as I couldn't find it with the Calif Div or RE. Never heard from them again.

I have had numerous calls - Property Management Plus
Callers: Barbara Hanson / Steven Michaels

Problem is they don't know the other is calling and they both are trying to buy my timeshares for the SAME (ya right) client but one is offering double what the other is.

It's a big scam - DO NOT SENT THEM ANY MONEY FOR TAXES. Even the escrow company is a front.

It is a scam, and I was duped into sending them $13,600... Property Management Plus, Inc. and the escrow company Third Point Captial, Inc. I also got an offer from BlueRidge International, I am sure they are fraudulent too.

Got a call at work while out on lunch. Just left message with my gal "In regards to property in Mexico" I have 3 different properties and have asked NOT to call my work in past! Did not leave a name. Usually cant understand them.
