yes this scammer call me demanding payment because my account was blocked and ready for disconnection. I got him because I noticed he wasn't sure if I get Seattle City Light or Puget Sound Energy.

Received call 1/23/16 stating there was a problem, my payment did not go thru and was going to disconnect my light. I confronted him about it being a scam and he hung up on me.
They called my house stating that they were going to cut my light. Demanding payment with a reloaded PayPower card from Office Depot. Extortionists claiming his name was Jose Rodriguez extension 2233
