said they had made numerous attempts to notify us we had one a chance for a car or one of 3-4 other prizes. Claimed they were not a telemarketer or time share

Talked to Rhonda and she said I had entered a contest 18 months ago and had won a Ford Explorer. Someone between ages of 24-72 would need to come scratch off item to pick up prize. Said they were located on Industrial Blvd. in Oxford, AL. I accused her of it being a scam and she vehemently said this was a legitimate prize.
