Definitely abusing the phone system. Authorities might call it harrassing.....they hang up when phone is answered and repeatedly call throughout the day. Almost as if to see who, if anyone, is at home.

They call, let it ring 5 times. If I answer, there's nothing there. They call several times a week.

Calls almost every day it is a newspaper marketing company, I used to option to remove the number and they continue to call and just hang up. PLEASE REPORT THIS NUMBER HERE http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Hopefully will stop these scumbags from calling and get a big fine if enough people do this.

I did just that. I filled out the form of complaint. I'm sick of them calling me. I've asked them repeatedly to take me off their list.
