Called no answer when I picked up no voicemail left. when i called back said its a non working number.

called 7:26am 12/20/16 Left no message. Believe this call generated earlier than what is permitted by law?

No response when I answered the phone, just 30 seconds of silence then a double click on the line and a recording came on that said my call could not be placed as dialed. This was an incoming call identified as Yukon NWT AT 10:13 P.M. PST

Hung up when i tried to be taken off call list.
