Received a call from 872-484-0004. Claim they have a criminal case against my name and social security number. They say their Stone wall litigation out of Chicago. Once I told them I have no debts since filing chapter 7 bankruptcy. Not only that, I'm protected under the law from further debt collection. If they continue to harass me they'll be looking at a hefty fine as they are in clear violation of bankruptcy stay. Me. Davis then claimed that can't stop them and hung up the phone. Smooth scam, I forwarded the information to my attorneys office.

I had a call from this mr. Davis only the number was 872 484 0004.he talked so fast I couldn't understand him.He hung up on me.

Very official male voice. Could not understand who he represents. he wants call from me or my Attorney because I did not respond to mailed info. SCAM CALL!!!!

They left a robo voicemail that only recorded halfway through. I immediately googled the number and saw how many spam reports they had. Of course, I blocked the number but then tried to call them just to see if I got same result as others here. And yes, went right to a voicemail about a "Fraud Division." If they truly are from IL, haven't lived there in over 30 years!!! Total SPAM. Block 'Em! If they are the real deal and you are being sued, they will need to serve you papers, in person, via a processor. I asked my attorney. Good luck!

I answered and got a voicemail from a Mr Davis. I cannot even locate a Stonewall Litigation ANYWHERE......

I went so far as to try to get his Bar number/ license number. No luck. Did anything ever come of this lawsuit or was this a scam after all?

Mr Davis called me from same number and left a message that myself or legal representative needed to call him immediately. Called back - no answer.
Ms Anderson also called my husband today. Stated he's being sued by Stonewall Litigation also. She had the last 4 of his social and address from many years ago.
Bunch of garbage. I'll pray for them.

message left on answering machine, "Mr. Davis, from the fraud division" Says he needs to talk with me or my attorney immediately, left this number to call back as soon as possible". I have not recieved any letters from anyone regarding a "fraud" case, I returned call but only got recording, saying to leave a message.

I've been dealing with this, too. Did anything ever come of this "lawsuit"? How did you get them to stop calling?

Same thing happened to me. Called back and spoke to a Mrs Anderson. Says the company name is Stonewall Litigation,and that a lending company is pursuing criminal charges for nonpayment of a loan. Had an address of mine that was 10 years old, and the wrong birthday. Total scam.

872-484 -0003 Left voicemail by the name of Mr. Davis does not give me a name of the person he's calling. Says he's been trying to reach me from the fraud department. And advises me that eats up my attorney or myself a call. Never received a letter from anybody seeing this ever. What else can I do to stop these calls ? It seems as though they got my number from somewhere and keep using it for different reasons. Please help.

They said they were with the "fraud division" they said I owed money and it was given to the state and the state was taking it to court.. ok you called from a different state telling me the state I live in is taking me to court ??
