They called my mom 13 times within minutes. Then proceeded to harass her telling her she was in big trouble.

called me too. Robot call - not sure what its about so checked internet for scams
Monday woke me at 6:32 am, left a partial message - female robot voice just stating the phone number twice. Today, Wednesday exact same thing but last digit is now a 9 and the message reflects that too.
