Got a call from a John Perry representing what he said was publishers clearing house. Told me I had won $250,000 but had to pay $199 for shipping and handling with a green dot money pack. Buying a money pack is for topping off an existing account, so handing over the card number is the same as handing over all your account information. The phone number also has no info attached to it.
