VERY persistent in obtaining 'delivery address' for a sweepstakes winning. Mr. John Cooper lol has a horrible accent, speaks poor English and is stupid to advise people that PCH is awarding them 25million dollars and need your address to bring it to you. Worse yet, he didn't even know the location he was calling and hung up when I asked for his FEIN #. LOL
